Between work, family and social life, it’s quite hard to find time for us. Fortunately, there are many ways to make relaxation a part of your everyday life. Here are some tips to relax!

#1: Enjoy a nice cup of tea

Want to relax a little? There is nothing like a good cup of tea to unwind. Have you ever tried teas from Rituals? So many flavours to choose from! They will warm and stimulate your body, perfect way to relax!


#2: Go to the spa

There’s nothing like going to the spa and get a good massage! We love that feeling when someone is taking care of ourselves. It’s important to take some time for you, recharge your battery and escape completely from your daily routine.


#3: Eat good food

You also reach for food when you’re stressed out? Well that’s not a bad thing if you eat food containing tryptophan like nuts, cheese, turkey, chicken and soybeans as it will calm you down.


#4: Go for a run

You may think that watching TV is the best thing to relax… Actually not!  Exercising is probably the number one activity that can clear your head and boost your mood!  Running can have a great effect on your mood as it will help to lower anxiety and increase mental well-being.


#5: Try yoga

Yoga is great to relax! You don’t need to do it for hours. Just try lying on your back with your legs bent, feet flat on the floor. Bring your hands to your abdomen and simply watch the breath come and go.
